
We follow a strict confidentiality policy. Anything you e-mail will be confidential to our sessions. Information held on computers or hard copy is protected by the Data Protection Act. There are exceptions to confidentiality which are as follows:
If abuse against children is indicated.
If you give information which is judged to indicate risk to yourself or
another person.
If you tell us that you have committed a serious crime.
If any of these circumstances occur you will be asked to agree to disclosure
of the information to the relevant authorities in your country. If you do
not agree, the decision to disclose anyway may be taken, in the public interest.
You will always be informed should we need to make this decision.
