Access2Justice was set up after working with people who have mental health issues for many years, and seeing the need for this service. Many people who use the mental health services throughout the UK are unaware of their legal rights within those services, from hospital sections to duties of care in the community. Often people are fobbed off with no explination given in a time of great need, and they don't know who they can turn to or what they can do.
